WooCommerce has released a new extension. It allows all 4.4 million merchants to easily upload products from their inventory to Google for free. This WooCommerce integration allows retailers of all sizes to thrive. It will help them gain more visibility on Google’s various platforms, including Images, Shopping, Search, and YouTube.

Merchants can easily upload their products to Google using the Google for WooCommerce extension. They can also create completely free listings and ad campaigns, as well as track and analyze their performance metrics. They can accomplish more without ever having to leave their dashboards.

As explained by Google:

“Making it easier for retailers who work with partners like WooCommerce to integrate with Google shopping features across Search, Shopping, Image Search and YouTube means that retailers of all sizes will have even more ways to get discovered. And shoppers will have even more choice as they make their shopping decisions.”

WooCommerce merchants can now sync their store with Google for free product listings. They can run paid ads while keeping track of their results. The Google Listings & Ads extension is focused on achieving the three main objectives for retailers. It enables them to connect their store to the Google Merchant Center in a seamless manner. It offers free listings to reach out to online shoppers. At the same time, Smart Shopping Campaigns help to increase store traffic and sales.

WooCommerce stores can easily sync with the Google Merchant Center. Customers will be able to find out everything they need to know about the store and its products by searching on Google’s property. As new products are added or old products are removed, the information is automatically updated.

Google is allowing retailers to list their products in the Shopping tab for free. It qualifies them for easy inclusion in search results, Gmail, and image search results. All in-stock products in the Merchant Center are eligible for inclusion in the Google services as a free shopping listing.

Retailers can pay for ads, just like they can for regular search results, if they want to be more visible in the shopping listing. It is, however, provided free of charge for inclusion. Retailers can also run both free and paid ad campaigns at the same time.

According to Google, advertisers in the United States who run free listings and ads together have seen a 50 percent increase in clicks. Both the free listings and the ads from the Shopping tab have seen a 100 percent increase in impressions.
